The device consists of a balance from a vertical support stand with a loading arm. The brass dipping tip is supplied with disc and sample container (Ø75×75 mm aluminum).
It is used to determine the solidification/hardening time in hydraulic binder concrete repair mortars, including polymer-doped concrete, and the processing time and recovery time in masonry mortars.
